ADI's EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from American Divers International. One of the unique ways that we can help ensure you'll be satisfied with your purchase is by allowing you to try our dive gear in our pool before you buy it! This allows you to make sure you like the item, it fits you properly, and will suit your needs.

In addition, we believe that the mask is the single most important piece of equipment you'll ever use; it's the window to your underwater world, and if it leaks you will be miserable. With that in mind, if you purchase a mask from ADI and allow us to fit the mask to your face, we guarantee the fit of that mask for as long as you own it! Doesn't matter to us whether it's a day or a year after you purchase it, if the mask begins to leak, we will replace it or issue you a refund. Now, if you step on it a break it, that's a different story! But if it's a fit issue, we will take care of you!

In the event that you need to return an item, we will make every effort to process the refund or exchange the same day. However, please allow up to 48 business hours for your refund to process during peak periods.

Customers may exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in an as-new condition. A restock fee may be assessed if all original packaging and labels are not included.

Customers returning items that are clearly worn, used, or damaged, will not be permitted a refund and an exchange will only be permitted if there is a manufacturer warranty on the item and it cannot be repaired.

There are no refunds or credits on Rental Equipment. A late fee of 100% of the rental cost will be assessed per item for each day past the original return date.
